Minerality and freshness are the hallmarks of this cuvée. The colour is a clear yellow with white gold highlights. A fine and complex nose with aromas of fresh yellow-fleshed fruit. The palate is consistent with the nose, balanced, the finish is marked by a beautiful minerality, almost saline.

The nose is rich with yellow fruit aromas of slightly candied apricots, and the palate is powerful with a balance of roundness, freshness and minerality. Worthy of a Premier Cru!
