Grand Cru "Coeur de Mesnil" 2010 - Brut "Blanc de Blancs"

On the nose, this is a powerful champagne, with notes of candied citrus and white fruit. After a few moments, notes of toasted brioche and honey complete the nose. On the palate, the wine is round and full-bodied, with a lovely freshness and notes of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum and greengage. There is also a touch of vanilla and a hint of acidity on the finish. Dosed at 4,5 grams.
